You can contact the seller, attach the picture of the product when received and explain what accessories are missing, we will promptly reply to you and solve your problem until you are satisfied.
Will it be a lot of work to put together? I do not like the tedious assembly.

It does take a little time to put together. It took me about 10 minutes in total. Everything is well marked though and picture directions are pretty easy to follow.
How to make the plant stand more stable?

This plant stand supports a total of 100 lbs (45 kg) with tiered limits: 25 lbs (bottom), 20 lbs (middle), 10 lbs (top). Place heavier items on lower shelves for safety and balance.
